Grievances were filed for the past three weeks as it affected member through 19 & 20 June 2020. I am asking the legal staff to expedite the grievance process. Ensure you submit the sixth and seventh day slips electronically, the rejected slips will facilitate payment upon completion of the arbitration process.

Director W. Jackson, of the Labor Relations Division, recently announced her resignation. This may delay the process of current and future grievances while the Department attempts to fill the position.
