Retiree Health Care: Members who wish to retire under the current CBA Healthcare provision, (2% of your annuity for ages 55 thru 59, 0% of your annuity for ages 60 and above), will be required to submit their PAR form prior to close of business on August 11, 2020.  Members must submit the PAR 30 days prior to their anticipated retirement date and the latest date to retire is October 20, 2020.

The new rates for Retiree Healthcare will become effective for all retirements effective 21 October 20.  The new rate for members 55-59 yoa is 3.5% of your annuity and the new rate for members 60 yoa+ is 1.5% of your annuity.

New Pay Cycles: The City has not responded to the Union’s inquiry as to the start date for the new pay date cycles on the 7th and 22nd.

6th/7th Day Arbitration: Dates have been set for the hearing on the matter for October.

Travel Quarantine: Members may utilize their medical time for the travel quarantine despite the original order issued by the Department.

Uniform Allowance: The Union is aware the Department did not make the full uniform payment of $650.
