Thomas L. Swaine 88, Retired CPD Lt.. Beloved husband of Anne nee Wrobel; dearest father of Frances Swaine, Barbara (Tony) Hopkins, and Kathleen (Tom) O’Brien; loving grandfather of Kelley (Corwin) Feerick, Thomas (Katie) Hopkins, Kevin (Rory) Hopkins, Tess (Amanda) Whitcomb, Sean O’Brien, and Maggie O’Brien; fond brother of Maureen (the late Ed) McCue, Julie (the late Guy) Moore, Charlie (Anne) Swaine, and Danny Swaine; brother in law to Barbara (the late Rod) Faber, Marie (the late Richard) Wrobel, and Robert Wrobel, along with several nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Margaret (Gosling) Swaine, and his In-laws John and Frances (Suwanski) Wrobel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home 7812 N. Milwaukee Ave Niles from 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM. Funeral Monday 9:15 AM to St. Juliana Church for 10:00 AM Mass.
