Roseann Fitzgerald, Retired Lt. C.P.D. passed away November 3, 2021. Roseann was devoted to her many pets and a passionate supporter of animal rescue. Preceded in death by brothers Robert Nolan and Dennis Nolan, her mother Rose C. Johnson Fitzgerald and her father Matthew Fitzgerald. Survived by three nieces.
