Roseann Fitzgerald, Retired Lt. C.P.D. passed away November 3, 2021. Roseann was devoted to her many pets and a passionate supporter of animal rescue. Preceded in death by brothers Robert Nolan and Dennis Nolan, her mother Rose C. Johnson Fitzgerald and her father Matthew Fitzgerald. Survived by three nieces. Final resting place Union Ridge Cemetery
