The City Finance Department is sending out letters to anyone that hasn’t completed the “Health Coaching Call.” We’ve discovered at least one mistake where our member DID complete the call but still received the letter. The member contacted Healthways and they confirmed that the call was in fact completed but the City Finance Department refused to acknowledge this and told the member that they would have to appeal.
