Job description.

Assist the current Director of Security with the day to day operations of a private uniformed security staff of approximately 35 local union guards.

The position is located in the Merchandise Mart which is a mixed commercial office building and retail Mall.  The security is also responsible for coverage during various trade show conventions throughout the year.

Communicating and maintaining a librarianship with local law enforcement and prosecutors..

Compensation

The position includes a matching 401k, health benefits sponsored by parent company Vornado Realty Trust. The position also offers Two weeks vacation, five personal leave days and 5 sick days each year.

The starting salary offered is $66,000
