Kevin Kavanaugh, retired CPD Lt.. Funeral services and Mass of Christian Burial for Kevin J. Kavanaugh will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, October 30, 2025 at St. Anthony Catholic Church, Davenport. The Mass will be livestreamed by clicking the following link: St. Anthony YouTube Page Burial will be in the Rock Island National Cemetery, Arsenal Island with military honors. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 until 7 p.m. at the Halligan-McCabe-DeVries Funeral Home, Davenport with a prayer service offered at 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation will be held from 9 until 10 a.m. in the gathering space at St. Anthony’s. Memorials may be made to Camp Courageous.  Kevin died peacefully Friday, October 24, 2025, at his home in Davenport.
