SB1956 with House Amendment 3, passed by both the House and Senate. The Bill requires the Governor’s Signature before becoming law. The COLA bill provides:

1. Removes the 1966 birth year restriction.
2. Lowers the COLA eligibility from 60 to 55.
3. Eliminates the COLA maximum of 30%.
4. COLA is retroactive to January 1, 2023.
