The State Senate has passed the bill that will dedicate the I-290 and I-355 Interchange in Itasca in memory of Illinois State Police Sgt John Kugelman. The memorial service will be held at the Itasca Fire Department at 10:00am on November 10 This marks the 30th End of Watch anniversary.
