Flu Shots

The Chicago Department of Public Health will be offering flu shots for all Department Members and their immediate family members at no cost from 0900 – 1500 hours on the following dates and locations:

Area Central: 07 Nov 2017; 5101 S. Wentworth Ave.

Area North: 08 Nov 2017; 2452 W. Belmont Ave.

025th District: 15 Nov 2017; 5555 W. Grand Ave.

Area South: 21 Nov 2017; 727 W. 111th St.

011th District: 28 Nov 2017; 3151 W. Harrison St.
