The total trip cost is now $282 including taxes, however this is based on double occupancy. We will be staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Crystal City, Virginia, which is 4 to 5 miles from the Capital and minutes away from the metro transit system.
* The bus will leave Sunday, 12 May 2019 at 2000 hrs from the 002nd District and arrive in Washington DC around 0900 hrs the following day.
Monday
* The bus will return to the hotel to around 1830 hrs to transport interested parties to the National Mall between 7th and 12th streets for the 31st Annual Candlelight Vigil at 8:00 pm.
Wednesday
* We will checkout of the hotel on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 to attend 38th Annual National Peace Officers’ Memorial Services. The service begins at 11:00 am and is expected to run approximately 2 hours. We will leave after memorial and head back home.
***Dress blue uniform is required for May 15 only***
